From June 1st 2015 the regulation about Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) will be the only legislative text applicable for classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Regarding the CLP, all businesses must classify, label and pack their chemical substances before marketing them.
The classification and labeling of dangerous substances is based on ONU’s approved Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
The objective is to guarantee a high level of protection for your health and the environment’s, as well as ensuring the free circulation of substances, mixtures and any sort of articles.
Nautiel Products has updated the labels and packages according to this new regulation, letting our customers know about the changes that they will observe in them.
From June 2017 on, only well-labeled products under this regulation will be purchasable.
Nautiel Products fully complies these new rules and informs to their customers that the whole range maintains their composition, nevertheless the pictograms now are different.
It is important to remain that all Nautiel Products fully comply MARPOL regulations too and are safe to be used on board.
